Cleanup Job

Cleanup Strings
This cleans up the internal data structures for the job.
It can cleanup strings with duplicate points or no points.

Compress Entity Numbers
It can compress entity numbers.
Entity numbers are used internally to link objects together.
e.g. A piece of text is 'associated' with a contour as it was generated by that contour.
When contours are re-formed, the associated(old) text is deleted and new associated text is created.
